For Those Who Think Young
  • True wealth is a peaceful state of mind.
True wealth is abundant physical health.
True wealth is a connection to nature.
    True wealth is emotional wellness.
True wealth is found in serving others.
True wealth is measured in laughter, smiles, sweat, character, wrinkles, stories, wisdom, kindness, compassion, experience, willingness, and freedom.
True wealth is knowledge of oneself, knowledge of one’s environment… and True wealth is discovering and nurturing passion.
True wealth cannot be hoarded, only shared.
True wealth is not created by what one has acquired, but by what one gives away.
And true wealth (or happiness) is directly proportional to the happiness one brings to others.

  • Sometimes I think people are so busy worrying about everything… so guarded and defensive, so obsessed with “winning”, with getting a “deal”, so scared that they are gonna get “screwed over” or taken advantage of that they ironically cheat themselves by creating so much stress that borders on paranoia and harvests a distrust in humanity and thus losing out on so much joy and countless opportunities. I’m trying to live my life free of fear and worry and if I get swindled as a result, well so be it… that’s on whoever has done the swindling and it’s likely less of a hassle or less troublesome to my sense of well-being than to be in a constant state of fear and self defense. My attitude is this: lets have a little faith in our fellow man to do right by each other, let’s love and live without fear, not recklessly but intelligently and lovingly. It’s my instinct that if we truly weigh the pros and cons we will have done ourselves a good deed.
